Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FlowFD.

1.1 Service Overview FlowFD is a SaaS platform for automating the workflows of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). It transforms meeting notes into CPS, PRD, and design documents, and provides code generation and GitHub integration.

1.2 Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information.
  • Sharing a single account among multiple individuals is not permitted.

1.3 Credits and Payments

  • Credits are a virtual currency usable only within the FlowFD platform.
  • Purchased credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • For expiration policies on subscription and purchased credits, refer to the Refund Policy.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle's terms of service apply alongside these terms.

1.4 Prohibited Uses The following are prohibited:

  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Excessive API calls via automated scripts
  • Unauthorized access to another user's account
  • Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the service

1.5 Intellectual Property

  • Meeting content and data you input remain your property.
  • CPS, PRD, and design documents generated by FlowFD belong to you.
  • The FlowFD platform's code, design, and trademarks are owned by FlowFD.

1.6 Service Changes and Discontinuation FlowFD may modify or discontinue the service with prior notice. In the event of discontinuation, remaining credits will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

1.7 Disclaimer Documents generated by FlowFD (CPS, PRD, design) are AI-generated outputs. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Final review and judgment remain the responsibility of the user.

1.8 Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
