2.1 Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, password (encrypted), job title, group membership

Service usage data: Meeting content (user-entered), generated CPS/PRD/design documents, credit usage history, access logs

Payment information: Payment details are handled by Paddle — FlowFD does not store them. FlowFD only stores your Paddle Customer ID and Subscription ID.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser information, access timestamps

2.2 How We Use Your Information

• Providing and improving the service
• Running the AI pipeline (Meeting → CPS → PRD → Design)
• Managing payments and subscriptions
• Customer support and error analysis

2.3 Third-Party Sharing FlowFD shares information with third parties only in the following cases:

• Paddle: Payment processing (payment-related data only)
• Google (Gemini API): Meeting content is sent to Google's servers for AI processing — Google's data processing terms apply
• Firebase (Google): Authentication and data storage
• Legal requirements: When required by court order or other legal obligations

⚠️ Important: Your meeting content is transmitted to Google Gemini API servers for AI processing. Please consider this when entering sensitive business information.

2.4 Data Retention

• Account information: Until account deletion
• Meeting data and documents: Until project or account deletion
• Payment records: 5 years as required by law

2.5 Your Rights You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Use account settings to delete directly, or contact wb.hands.dev@gmail.com.

2.6 Cookies We use only essential cookies for maintaining login sessions. No advertising cookies are used.

2.7 Security All data is transmitted via HTTPS encryption. Access is controlled through Firebase Security Rules.
